Carol Bossert is principal of CB Services, LLC .  She has been a member of The Museum Group since 2001. 

CB Services, LLC provides brings together scholarship, passion and people through interpretive planning services.  Carol Bossert established this company in 1998 to assist museums, cultural institutions, and educational organizations become effective and vital players in their communities through exhibitions, programs, and interpretive multimedia. 

Ms. Bossert has twenty-five years of experience working in informal learning environments.  She is a problem solver who works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to realize a creative vision while operating in the real world of time and money. 

Carol Bossert is a planner, facilitator, writer, and teacher. She holds a doctoral degree in biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelors of arts degree in zoology from DePauw University. She is a graduate of the J. Paul Getty Museum Management Institute.  She has served as faculty for the science communication program at the Banff Center for Creativity.
